When an order is set for Special Delivery, the person picking up the tickets must provide a valid photo ID upon arrival. If the person who will be picking up the tickets is different from the name in the order, please contact us immediately with the new pickup name and their mobile phone number. We will then submit a request to the seller to have that information updated.
