Your Listing Is Almost Live!
Thanks for submitting your listing — you’ve taken the first step toward getting paid for your tickets! If this is your first time listing we know you probably have questions, and we are here to help.
What happens now?
- Final Review: Your listing is going through a review. Most are activated within 2-3 (business) hours. You’ll get an email the moment it’s live.
- Manage Your Price Anytime: Want to make a change? You can adjust your price at any time from your Listing Manager.
- Sale Confirmation: When your tickets sell, we’ll email you right away. You’ll also see the sale in your Listing Manager. Please confirm the order within 12 hours.
- Delivery Instructions: After you confirm your sale, we’ll send you instructions on how to transfer your tickets. Please transfer them as soon as they become available. Our team is standing by if you need help at any point — you won’t be on your own.
- Proof of Transfer: Once you’ve sent the tickets, we’ll ask you to send your proof of transfer to brokers@vividseats.com. This is the final step before payday.
Your site is telling me to upload my tickets, how do I do this? Because you listed mobile transfer tickets, you can ignore these prompts. When it's time to make the transfer, we will email you with instructions.
