All you need to do now is transfer your tickets to our best-in-class Vivid Seats Fulfillment Team. We will handle delivery, enabling you to maximize your selling time.

Have your tickets ready to go?

• Transfer now to fanselling@vividseats.com. Once we receive your tickets, we’ll activate your listing and send you an email confirmation. *Note: This is not immediate, BUT our team is pretty fast.

Still waiting for your tickets? No sweat!

• If you purchased through Vivid Seats... you're already good to go! You should receive your listing confirmation shortly via email. 
• If you purchased from another marketplace (..why?), send us your proof of purchase -- including event details, ticket details, and the delivery delay notice to fanselling@vividseats.com. This will activate your listing until the delay is lifted.  Once available, you will transfer the tickets to fanselling@vividseats.com to reactivate the listing.

Once sold, we will take it from there! You will be paid via PayPal within seven days of the event date.
