- Transfer now to fanselling@vividseats.com. Once we receive your tickets, we’ll activate your listing and send you an email confirmation. *Note: This is not immediate, BUT our team is pretty fast.
Still waiting for your tickets? No sweat!
- If you purchased through Vivid Seats... you're already good to go! You should receive your listing confirmation shortly via email.
- If you purchased from another marketplace (..why?), send us your proof of purchase -- including event details, ticket details, and the delivery delay notice to fanselling@vividseats.com. This will activate your listing until the delay is lifted. Once available, you will transfer the tickets to fanselling@vividseats.com to reactivate the listing.
Once sold, we will take it from there! You will be paid via PayPal within seven days of the event date.
