To print your shipping label, sign into your Vivid Seats account and navigate to the Listing Manager using the links on the left side of the “My Account” page. 

Then, click the "Sales" tab.

Once you select the sale you'd like to ship, you'll see the option to print the pre-paid shipping label.

From there, all you have to do is print the label and bring it, along with the tickets, to a UPS shipping location. If you already have an envelope, you may also leave the package in a UPS drop box. You must ship your tickets by the in-hand date you provided when listing them for sale. If the tickets were sold after that date, you are expected to ship the tickets as soon as possible. Shipping labels are generated based on your location, the customer's location, and the proximity to the event date, so it's important that you ship the tickets as soon as you can after printing the shipping label.
