In order to ensure proper delivery, we require you to ship your tickets to the customer using the pre-paid UPS shipping label that we provide. Payment for the sale is triggered once we confirm that the package was delivered based on the tracking number generated on our site. If you ship on a different label, it is possible that we'll never know that the tickets have been delivered, causing your payment to be delayed indefinitely.


If you didn't print your shipping label when you confirmed the order, you can do so by the following steps below:

  1. Log into your Vivid Seats account.
  2. Click "Unshipped Sales" on the left side of the page under "My Sales."
  3. Find the sale you need to ship and click "Ship Now."
  4. Confirm you have the tickets in hand and ready to ship now by clicking the check box, and then click "Complete This Transaction."
  5. You will be taken to a page to view and print the shipping label.


If you misplace the original label you downloaded, you can view and print it again by following the steps below:

  1. Log into your Vivid Seats account.
  2. Click "Completed Sales" on the left side of the page under "My Sales."
  3. Find the sale you need to access the shipping label for and click "Details."
  4. Click "View Sale."
  5. If the label has been created, you'll see the option to view and print the shipping label.
