For certain elite events, such as the Super Bowl and the Masters Golf Tournament, delicate preparations are made to ensure that all tickets can be securely delivered to our customers.  On-Site Services (also known as OSS) are similar to our normal Special Delivery Service, but with OSS, we send a team of our staff members to personally distribute any tickets that need to be picked up on the days leading up to the event.  

You will receive a series of emails with updates as we have them to ensure a seamless process.  We want you to be excited for your event, and not having to worry about how you will receive your tickets.
