For all Special Delivery orders, we provide emergency contact information for both the seller providing the tickets and our Customer Service center.  If you are running late or experiencing issues picking up your tickets, first try to get in touch with the 'emergency contact' the seller provided for immediate assistance.  If they are unavailable or unable to resolve the issue, we have agents standing by and extended business hours so we are always available if you need us while you are at the venue.
