If you purchased “Mobile E-tickets,” these can and should be scanned off of your mobile device.  

We recommend printing “Email Delivery” and “Electronic - Instant Download” tickets in advance to ensure you gain admittance to your event quickly and easily. While some venues may possess the capability to scan PDF ticket barcodes from mobile devices, we cannot guarantee this will be the case at every venue. In many cases, only printed tickets will guarantee entry to an event.
