Some venues can scan barcodes from a mobile device, but many require a printed copy. Because Email Delivery tickets must be presented as printed copies, Vivid Seats cannot issue refunds if entry is denied for unprinted tickets.
If you don’t have a printer, here are some options:
- Ask a friend or family member to print your tickets.
- Visit your local library for low-cost printing.
- Stop by a local printing or office supply store to see if those services are offered.
