If you need to change the shipping address for a particular order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and your new preferred shipping address. If the tickets have not yet been shipped, your order will be updated and your tickets will be shipping to the new address. If your tickets have already been shipped, we will contact UPS and ask them to reroute the package to the new address in time for your event.

Please note: Change-of-address requests placed with UPS are not guaranteed, and successful package rerouting may delay by 24-48 hours. UPS is unable to ship to PO Boxes.

You can also update or remove an address saved to your account by clicking on "Profile", and managing your preferred address under the "Saved Addresses" section.
