If you need to change the shipping address for a particular order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and your new preferred shipping address. If the tickets have not yet been shipped, your order will be updated and your tickets will be shipping to the new address. If your tickets have already been shipped, we will contact UPS and ask them to reroute the package to the new address in time for your event.


In addition, you have the option of removing an address from your account. Simply log-in to your account, click on "Profile", and manage your preferred address under the "Saved Addresses" section.


Please note: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide us with a valid address at the time of purchase. Change-of-address requests placed with UPS are not guaranteed, and successful package rerouting may delay delivery by 24-48 hours. UPS is unable to ship to PO Boxes.
