UPS will make three attempts to deliver your package on three separate business days. In most cases, you must be present and provide a signature to receive your package. If you can't sign for your package on any of those days, they'll typically hold your package at a nearby UPS facility for 3-5 business days. If you're picking up from a facility, be sure to bring your tracking number and a valid photo ID.

If you know in advance that you’ll be unable to sign for your package at the address you originally provided or are unable to pick it up from the location currently holding it, please contact us to request that the package be rerouted to a different address. For expedited service, be sure to include your Vivid Seats order number.

To ensure that any shipping changes or other order modifications are made by the customer who placed the order, any requests for changes to an order should be submitted though our Customer Service center or via the UPS My Choice service. Please note: reroutes may delay delivery by 24-48 hours. 

If you are unable to sign for your package at the provided shipping address or retrieve it from the holding facility within 3-5 business days, and you don't contact us to change your address or request a reroute, UPS will return the tickets to the Vivid Seats offices. An additional shipping charge will be applied if the tickets require reshipment.
