How do I update my order to 'Delivered'?
For mobile transfer tickets, to ensure you receive payment for your sale, your order must be marked as Delivered. Here’s what to do:
Step 1: Complete your transfer
Transfer your tickets to the buyer through the primary ticket provider (e.g., Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, etc.).
Step 2: Provide proof of transfer
After your transfer is complete, send proof of transfer to brokers@vividseats.com. This proof helps us confirm delivery and update your order status.
Acceptable proof includes:
A screenshot or a forward of the confirmation email from the primary ticket provider showing your tickets were successfully transferred
Note: Your proof of transfer must clearly show the buyer’s email address. You can find the buyer’s email address in the notification you received from orders@vividseats.com when your tickets sold.
Step 3: Wait for confirmation
Once we’ve reviewed your proof, your order will be updated to Delivered, and payment will be processed within the standard timeline (7–10 business days after the event).
