We ask our Fan Seller to renew their listings periodically to ensure that our inventory is up-to-date and accurate, especially as the event approaches and sell quickly. You can find your listing's upcoming expiration date by clicking on your listing to access the "Listing Details" page.
When you're able renew a listing, a button will appear next to that listing with a link that says "Open to renew your listing." If you haven't renewed your expired listing by the next day, we'll send you a reminder email.
Please note: if your account is being reviewed because you listed a new set of tickets, you may not receive a reminder email, so we recommend actively checking your listings from your Vivid Seats account.
