We ask our Fan Sellers to renew their listings periodically to ensure that all of our inventory is up-to-date and accurate, especially as the event approaches and tickets across the secondary market are selling quickly. You can find your listing's upcoming expiration date by clicking on your listing to access the "Listing Details" page.
When you are able to renew, a button will appear next to the appropriate listing with a link that says "Open to renew your listing". If you haven't renewed your expired listing by the next day, we will send you a reminder email. However, if your account is being reviewed because you listed a new set of tickets, you may not receive this email, so it's important that you are actively checking your listing in your account.
