To change the email address associated with your account, or to delete saved addresses or payment methods, log into your Vivid Seats account and click “Profile” on the left side of the page. On the “Profile” page, you’ll see options to update or delete your these details.
Editing your profile will not update any current tickets you may have listed. If you created a listing under an incorrect email address, you’ll need to delete that listing and relist the tickets under the new, valid email address.
