If you have not yet confirmed your sale, and you no longer wish to sell your tickets or they are no longer in your possession, you can reject the sale in your account. To do this, log into your account at VividSeats.com and click “Sales” on the Listing Manager page.
Click on the sale you would like to reject and click the link in the bottom right corner.
If you have previously confirmed the order and no longer have the tickets, contact us right away so we can do our best to provide the buyer with comparable tickets from another seller. Additional charges may apply.
