To confirm your listing, log into your account at and click “Sales” on the Listing Manager page. There, you will see a list of all the orders that you still need to confirm and the links to do so.

Click on the order you would like to confirm. You will then be taken to the page where you can confirm the sale.

It is important to confirm your sale as soon as possible as too many unconfirmed sales may result in your other listings being temporarily removed.

If you no longer have the tickets, you can reject the sale on this page as well.  Please be aware that once you have confirmed a sale, you are obligated to fulfill it with the exact tickets that you listed.  Additionally, the sale is not yours until you have confirmed it through your account.  Orders must be confirmed within 24 hours, or they may be cancelled or replaced with inventory from another seller.
