Vivid Seats sends payment for the sale of tickets via PayPal. This allows us to ensure a safe and secure transaction through a platform many users are already familiar with.
When listing tickets for sale, you are asked to provide your PayPal email address, which is the email address used to log-in to your PayPal account. If the tickets sell and the event is within 100 days, payment will be sent to this account within 7-10 business days. If the event is more than 100 days away at time of sale, payment is delayed until 90 days prior to the event.*
Your payment amount will reflect the total cost of the tickets you sold, minus the 10% commission fee. As an added courtesy, Vivid Seats will cover any costs that PayPal charges for you to receive payment for the sale of goods.
