Selling your Tennessee Vols tickets with Vivid Seats is quick and easy! If you have listed tickets for other events with us before, the process may be a bit different. Don't worry, we have put together the guide below specifically for Vols fans like you!


There are two ways to begin the process of listing your tickets for sale. 


1. If you selected "Email" or "Download" as the delivery method when originally purchasing your tickets, you can list the tickets from within your AllVols account. 


  • To begin, navigate to 'My Account > Events and Tickets' in your AllVols account. Here, tickets you have purchased directly from the Vols are organized by the date of the game.
    1. Select the date you would like to sell your tickets for and check the boxes next to the seats you want to list. Then, click the orange "Resell" button.
      • Make sure that you have downloaded the tickets from your AllVols account (if you purchased "Download" tickets), or opened the attachment from your confirmation email (if you purchased "Email" tickets). If the tickets have not been downloaded, they will say "Not available for resale" in your AllVols account. 
        • Always save these files to your computer as tickets can only be downloaded once from your AllVols account.
      • Note: you can only list tickets for one game at a time and seats for each listing must be consecutive.
    2. A popup will appear asking you to confirm your selection. After reviewing the information, click the "Resell" button again.
    3. You will then be securely directed to Vivid Seats to continue the listing process. Once on this page, click "Continue".
      • The ticket information, including the quantity, section, row, seat numbers, and barcodes will already be pre-filled for you!
    4. If you are not already logged-in, you will be asked to log-in or create an account. 
      • It is recommended that you use the same email address used with your AllVols account when creating your Vivid Seats account. 
    5. Select any attributes or disclosures associated with your tickets. 
      • Failure to accurately provide this information may result in listings being removed and/or sales being cancelled.
    6. Set the price for each ticket.
      • If tickets sell, you will receive 90% of the listed price for each ticket.
    7. If you would like, you can update the split, which is what determines what quantities tickets can sell in. 
      • Leaving it set to "Smart Split" will ensure you are never left with a single ticket.
    8. Enter the email address associated with your PayPal account. 
      • We send payment via PayPal to ensure a safe and secure transaction. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can sign-up for one for free at PayPal.com.
    9. You will be asked to provide your credit card information and billing address. 
      • We ask for this information to ensure all listings are valid and authentic.
    10. Lastly, you will be asked to confirm that all of the information entered is correct. If it is, you must agree to the Seller Terms and Conditions and click "Submit Tickets".
      • Listings are screened by Vivid Seats before they are available for sale. While this may take up to 24 hours, they are typically available much sooner than that.


2. If you selected "Email", "Download", or "Mail" as the delivery method when originally purchasing your tickets, you can list tickets directly on the Vivid Seats website. 


  • To begin, click the “Sell Tickets” link which can be found by clicking the three dots in the upper right corner of the Vivid Seats home page as well as at the bottom under "Services". When you are ready, click "Sell Your Tickets".
    1. Search for the event. 
      • As you type, a list of options will populate in a drop-down list for you to choose from. Once you click on the name of the team, you can select the specific game you would like to list tickets for. 
        • Note: you can only list tickets for one game at a time and seats for each listing must be consecutive.
    2. If you are not already logged-in, you will be asked to log-in or create an account. 
      • It is recommended that you use the same email address used with your AllVols account when creating your Vivid Seats account. 
    3. Select the quantity of tickets you are selling from the drop-down list. 
    4. The rest of the page will populate, allowing you to "Add Barcodes" and select any attributes or disclosures for your tickets. 
      • Failure to accurately provide this information may result in listings being removed and/or sales being cancelled.
    5. Set the price for each ticket.
      • If tickets sell, you will receive 90% of the listed price for each ticket.
