You can view your sales by tapping “Tickets” in the bottom navigation bar of the app. From there you can tap “Listing Manager” and then the “Sales” tab to view all of your sales, or tap “Unconfirmed Sales” to go straight to the sales that require your immediate attention.
To confirm or reject a Hard Stock sale: There will be a message that is processing with a Reject or Confirm option at the bottom for the sale. If you sold physical tickets that need to ship, you will be able to confirm the sale in the app.
To confirm or reject an Email Delivery sale in which the tickets had been uploaded into the listing: If your tickets were uploaded into the listing prior to being sold, you can confirm or reject the purchase in the app. If confirmed, we will send the tickets directly to the customer and no further action on your end is required.
To confirm or reject an Email Delivery sale in which the tickets had not been uploaded into the listing: If tickets were not uploaded into the listing prior to the sale of some or all of the tickets in that group, you must visit our site from a desktop or laptop computer, even if your tickets are not available to upload yet. Tickets cannot be uploaded through the app.
