We currently do not have functionality for users to upload ticket files from their phones. For this reason, if you are listing Email Delivery tickets, you must agree to log onto vividseats.com from a computer in order to upload the files into the listings, or once the tickets sell. Just like on the website, new listings cannot be created and existing Email Delivery listings will be removed if the files are not attached to the listing 2 days prior to the event.
Listings that were created through the app well ahead of the two day cut off will be removed 2 days prior to the event if you have not logged on from a computer and uploaded the PDF files.
If you receive a notification that your Email Delivery tickets have sold, you must log in to your account to upload the files to be sent to the purchaser if they weren’t already uploaded into the listing.
