Currently, we don’t have functionality for fans to upload ticket files from our Mobile App. For this reason, if you’re listing Email Delivery tickets, you must agree to log into your Vivid Seats account from a computer to upload files to your listing, or once the tickets sell. If you haven’t attached ticket files to your listing two days prior to the event, your listing will be removed, and you won’t be able to create a new one. If your tickets sell well in advance of the event, and you haven’t uploaded the ticket files yet, be sure to do so (from a computer) as soon as possible.
If you receive a notification that your Email Delivery tickets have sold, you’ll need to log into your account on a computer to upload the ticket files to be sent to the purchaser if they weren’t already uploaded in the listing.
